The Penthouse Collection marks the pinnacle of the Newlands development, a landmark project Brand & Co has proudly partnered on for several years.

To reflect the rare exclusivity of these residences, we created four handcrafted finishes boxes, housing exquisite marble samples and collateral, paired with bespoke linen-bound brochures. Each set was presented in a custom-designed tote, ensuring a tactile and memorable expression of the brand.

This highly curated campaign embodies the craftsmanship, prestige, and sophistication of the Newlands vision — from narrative and identity through to collateral and presentation. We are proud to have played a central role in shaping this enduring chapter of the Newlands story.
