New Work: Art Deco–Led Brand for Beauchamp Sydney

Brand & Co is pleased to share our latest residential project in Sydney’s harbourside suburb of Kirribilli. Beauchamp is a boutique collection of eight luxury residences, inspired by the architectural language of Art Deco.

Our role was to define the project’s positioning and craft a brand identity that balances timeless design references with the exclusivity of its location. From naming and narrative to visual identity and collateral, the brand reflects the elegance of Kirribilli while distinguishing Beauchamp as a rare offering in the market.
