New Project: A place led brand in Khao Lak, Thailand

Brand & Co, in partnership with Hatch, is honoured to announce our appointment to define the vision and craft the place-led brand for a bold new 400-acre masterplanned coastal town in Khao Lak, Thailand.

Set along Thailand’s spectacular Andaman Coast, the project represents one of the most ambitious international developments in the region, bringing together some of Asia Pacific’s leading minds in planning, design and sustainability.

Matalay, sets a new benchmark for destination branding and placemaking. The brand is designed to unlock economic value through activated public realms, enhance long-term returns and foster a strong emotional and cultural connection with place.

To lead the destination branding for Matalay has been both a privilege and a defining milestone for Brand & Co, and we look forward to continuing this journey as the vision takes shape
